SUBSTANCE: invention deals with cleansing and conditioning cosmetic compositions which contain, in cosmetically acceptable medium, washing base (A) including at least one anionic surface-active substance and at least one amphoteric surface-active substance, and (B) at least one aminosilicone which amine quantity is higher or equal to 0.4 mequiv/g. Mass ratio of amphoteric surface-active substance to anionic surface-active substance is higher or equal to 0.2. Invention also deals with a method of washing and conditioning of keratin fibers such as hair.
