FIELD: medical technics.

SUBSTANCE: device for gynecological irrigation includes a vessel for therapeutic solution in feeding system and removable thread-screw nozzles. A removable nozzle is connected to the therapeutic solution temperature adjustment system in the form of a tube of rectangle cross-section, in the channel of which a flat wall of thermal isolation material is placed parallel to the wide sides of rectangle, so as to divide the tube channel into two parts. A thermoelectric battery is located inside the tube, with operation seams of the battery directed upstream of therapeutic solution feed, while the base seams are directed to the channel end of unspent therapeutic solution discharge. The seams have thermal connection to needle radiators; at the removable nozzle thread area a thermal sensor is placed and connected to programmed power unit connected to the thermoelectric battery; and a partition is mounted at the therapeutic solution intake end of the tube to allow separation of the flow in two parts.
