FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: gum hydromassage apparatus comprises a curative solution container, a system of curative solution supply onto a changeable mouthpiece provided with two rows of openings. The mouthpiece tip is elastic and has a ridge gum-fit surface, and its openings are inclined 45° to its symmetry plane and connected by two curative solution channels. The mouthpiece is screwed on the handle connected through a flow shift mechanism with the system of curative solution supply comprising a filter for mechanical treatment of the curative solution, a pulse compressor, a thermal pump comprising a semiconductor thermoelectric module. Both junctions of the semiconductor thermoelectric module are in thermal contact to the curative solution channels of the thermal pump, supplied with thermal sensor, connected to a control and adjustment unit. The flow shift mechanism represents a turning round ring with connection with provided flexible tubes.

EFFECT: combination of therapeutic effect of the curative solution and gum mechanical massage and hydromassage with thermal action implying varying between cold or heat action in process, regulating all stated factors in the wide range.
