FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the wood processing industry. The adhesive is applied at a pressure ranging from 15 to 250 bars and under this pressure it is released from the outlet nozzle. The sprayed adhesive is applied on the fibre and chippings. Flow of the adhesive on each nozzle is not less than 1 l/min. The flow of the transported adhesive is measured and/or regulated by a flow-meter. The device for implementing the method has an apparatus for forming a plate from wood fibre, an apparatus for transporting the adhesive, a nozzle for spraying the adhesive. The device is equipped with a high pressure pump for spraying adhesive until fog conditions are attained. The frequency of rotation of the pump can be regulated by a flow-meter for measuring and/or regulating transportation of the adhesive.

EFFECT: high quality of wooden plates.
