FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to the manufacture of chipboards. A set of wood particles are scattered to obtain a particle carpet. Glue is applied to at least some of wood particles during scattering and/or before scattering. The particle carpet is pressed at elevated pressure and elevated temperature. The amount of glue applied to wood particles is varied, depending on their expected position in the particle carpet, using an electric control device. A device for the manufacture of a chipboard contains an electric control device made with the possibility of varying the amount of glue applied to wood particles, depending on their expected position in the particle carpet.

EFFECT: various volumetric density is provided in different areas of a chipboard, labor intensity of the manufacture of chipboards is reduced.
