FIELD: construction, mechanisms of transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the elevator-construction, namely to the ladle band elevator, and can be used for transportation of loads with increased sizes of pieces. The elevator contains infinitely closed in a vertical plane on driving and tension drums rubberised tape with identical step ladles attached to it, fixing elements for fastening ladles to a tape, a casing, loading and unloading branch pipes. Adjoining the tape of the internal wall of each ladle is there is a deflection inside the ladle with radius of curvature R=r+δ, where r - is the radius of the external surface of the driving and tension drums, δ - is the thickness of the tape. The upper and lower edges of the internal wall coincide with the plane of the tape and adjoin the bent site with smooth bends. Lateral walls of the ladle in zones of an adjunction to the internal wall are executed with deflections inside the ladle. The width of an internal wall has a bigger distance between the unbent edges adjoining the internal wall and the lateral walls. The bottom of the ladle is flat with its orientation under a right angle to an internal wall of a ladle. Fixing elements are placed along lateral edges of the internal wall of a ladle on its bend inside the ladle.

EFFECT: guarantee of a possibility of an increase in the capacity of a ladle and an increase in reliability of the work of an elevator, transportation of lumpy loads with increased productivity of the mechanism.
