FIELD: conveyor building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tubular belt conveyors and is intended for transportation of bulk cargoes by the routes curved in the horizontal and vertical planes. The conveyor contains a continuous flexible belt fitted on end drums, supports, secured on a frame with a possibility of interaction with the external surface of the belt over the whole perimeter of the same and formation of a round trough for accommodation of the transported load inside it. The support is made in the shape of a spiral of round cross-section, made of elastic material with antifriction external layer. Chutes coated with antifriction material are secured on the frame in the area of end drums, between them and the ends of the spiral with a possibility of encircling the belt from below, with smooth transition from the flat form from the drums side to the round from the spiral side. A round pipe length is provided between the chute face and the spiral, connected to them, with a possibility of free accommodation of the belt chute formed in the trough.
EFFECT: simplification and cost saving of the design of supports for the belt, reduction of materials consumption of the conveyor, increase of reliability of operation of the same.
