FIELD: conveyor manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: conveyor consists of flexible belt infinitely closed to end pulley. Conveyor belt forms load-carrying and non-working parts. Conveyor also consists of supporting parts attached to framework so that they can interact with external surface of belt throughout the whole perimeter and form round tray to locate transported goods inside. In the middle of conveyor, belt supports are in the shape of cylindrical rings. Internal side of the rings is coated with antifriction material as circular layer. Conveyor troughs are located between end pulleys and end supports so that they can cover belts from the bottom at load-carrying part and from the top at non-working part. Conveyor belts are coated with antifriction material and have smooth transition from flat form at the side of pulleys to round form at the side of end rings. Troughs at load-carrying and non-working parts are located in mirror-like position with reference to each other and longitudinal conveyor axis. Circular layer from antifriction material at each ring is tapered to the side of belt spilling.
EFFECT: simplification of supports structure for load-carrying and non-working parts of belt, reduction of materials consumption, improvement of reliable operation, labour factor reduction for maintenance owing to simplification of supports design.
