FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of building materials and can be used when manufacturing products and structures from sawdust concrete. Method of sawdust concrete manufacturing includes preliminary humidification of wood filling material to 30% with its further processing with liquid glass and air-standing. Proportioning and mixing all components. Formation and hardening in steam-curing chamber of products from raw mix, composed of processed timber aggregate, ash-alkaline binding agent, represented by flue ash of II field from combustion of brown Kansko-Achinsk coal at Thermal Power Station No. 7 of the city of Bratsk, Irkutsk region, and liquid glass from microsilica. Pine bark with fraction size 0.14-5 mm, bulk density 195-200 kg/m³, humidified, then processed with liquid glass, made from waste of ferroalloy manufacture of Bratsk ferroalloy plant - microsilica, containing up to 7-9% of highly-dispersive graphite, which has plate-like form of particles with acidity index n=4, density p=1.32 g/cm³, is used as timber aggregate, with further air-standing for 35 minutes. As said liquid glass, liquid glass with acidity index n=1, density p=1.30-1.32 g/cm³, made from microsilica, with the following ratio of components, mass fraction: said bark 1.0, said liquid glass (n=4) 0.25, said flue ash 2.2-2.3, said liquid glass (n=1) 2.2-2.3 is used.
EFFECT: increase of strength indices of the material.
