FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method of cement wood manufacture includes preliminary moistening of wood filler - pine bark with size of particles from 10 mm to below 0.14 mm, apparent density of 190-195 kg/m3 moisturised up to 15%-humidity with further treatment of 25% from bark weight with liquid glass with silicate module of n=4 and density p=1.39-1.44 g/cm3 made of large-tonnage waste products of ferroalloy production of Bratsk ferroalloy manufacturing plant - microsilica that contains in its composition up to 17% of admixtures in the form of graphite and silicon carbide with further maturing in air for 35 minutes. Dispensing and mixing of treated pine bark, ash-alkaline astringent represented by flue ash of II field from burning of brown Kansko-Achinskiy coal in heat station TEC-7 of Bratsk town in Irkutsk oblast and liquid glass from microsilica are carried out. As astringent liquid glass is used with silicate module of n=1 and density p=1.25-1.26 g/cm3. Ratio of mixture components, mass fractions, amounts to the following: mentioned bark 1.0, specified liquid glass (n=4) 0.25, mentioned flue ash 2.1-2.2, mentioned liquid glass (n=1) 1.9-2.0. Molding of items is carried out by vibration with cantledge at P=0.05 kgf/cm3. Duration of hardening in steam-curing chamber makes 9 hours at the temperature of T=85-95°C.
EFFECT: increase of cement wood strength and water resistance.
