FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of drying disperse materials in a fluidized bed and can be used in aniline, food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. In the method, the apparatus for drying solutions in a fluidized bed of inert bodies contains a chamber with gas distribution grid, which contains a layer of inert bodies, a gas supplying box for supplying the main part of the fresh coolant and nozzles placed in the layer of inert bodies with the possibility of their rotation around the axis of the chamber, the nozzles are placed on a vertical hollow drive shaft by means of an angle piece and tubes with nozzles at the ends located in the horizontal and vertical planes, moreover, they can be installed with different pitch in both vertical and horizontal directions, depending on the object of drying. Each of the nozzles contains a hollow body consisting of a cylindrical part, a conical transitional part and a cylindrical part with a large size of diametrical section. Coaxially to the body in its lower part a nozzle is arranged. Further, the cylindrical surface of the nozzle goes into a conical surface and closes with a butted blind wall with a jet in its center. Said body and nozzle form three coaxially internal cylindrical chambers, and on the nozzle from the side opposite to the liquid supply, an additional row of nozzles is made. In the output section of the nozzle diffuser attached to the end surface of the cylindrical part of the body, there is a perforated partition to which two spokes are attached, on which in their central part additional nozzles are freely installed, made in the form of screw drums, which are fixed on the spokes with the help of stops.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the productivity of the installation and a decrease in the build-up of the material being dried on inert bodies.
