FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the disperse materials drying technique in fluidized bed and can be used in dye-making and dye-using industries, in food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. Apparatus for drying the dispersed materials comprises a chamber with a gas distribution grid, on which a layer of an inert nozzle is placed, a gas-supplying box for supplying the main part of a fresh coolant and nozzles located in a layer of an inert nozzle with the possibility of rotating around the axis of the chamber. In the lower part of the nozzle body, coaxial to it, a cylindrical shell is fixed on which a flow divider is installed in the form of at least two rods located obliquely to the axis of the injector, connected to each other in the lower part, to which a vertically disposed rod is mounted, on which a swirler is mounted made in the form of a cone with helical blades, enclosing a rod with a clearance and resting in the lower part on a stopper located horizontally and perpendicularly to the rod.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity of the installation and reducing the adhesion of the dried material to inert bodies.
