FIELD: metrology.

SUBSTANCE: device incorporates a mixer with its signal input making the said device input, a local oscillator with its output connected to the mixer reference input, the first band-pass filter with its input connected to the mixer output. Also, it includes the first power meter, a subtract unit, a differential logarithmic transducer and a recording device, all connected in series. There are also the second power meter with its output connected to inverse inputs of the subtract unit and differential logarithmic transducer, the second band-pass filter with its input connected to the mixer output and with its output connected to the second power meter input. Note that the first power meter input is connected to the first band-pass filter output.

EFFECT: simpler design and higher reliability.
