SUBSTANCE: device comprises a mixer (1), a heterodyne (2), a strip filter (3), a frequency divider (4), an ADC (5), an additive signal and noise mixture capacity metre (6) (ASNMCM), a signal capacity metre (7), a register to store an averaging multiplier N (13), balancing reservoirs (16, 18), a subtraction unit (17), memory registers (19, 20), an arithmetic-logical device for detection of a quotient (21), and a recording device (22). At the same time the ASNMCM (6) comprises a reservoir (10) and multipliers (8, 12); a metre of signal capacity (7) comprises a digital line of delay (9), a reservoir (14) and multipliers (11, 15).
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of a device due to implementation of simultaneous measurement of average capacity of a signal and average capacity of noise or a signal in one radio channel, which increases validity of measurement results, higher efficiency due to parallel coherent and incoherent processing of an input additive mixture of a signal and noise or interference and using digital processing of signals.
