FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to element of security protection for radiofrequency identification, and also to manufacturing method for specified element of security protection. The element of security protection contains flexible non-electroconductive bottom layer and conductive layer which is applied on bottom layer. At that, conductive layer is made of electroconductive material and formed in the first zone of bottom layer surface according to template, to create radiofrequency component. In surface zone which is connected with RF-component, first prominent structure with trenches is formed, which trenches are oriented primarily in direction of electrical current. Prominent structure has profile depth in the range 50 nm to 100 micron and spatial frequency in the range of 100-2000 lines per mm. At that, trenches of the first prominent structure are formed both on the first conductive layer surface, which is faced to bottom-layer and on the first conductive layer surface which is faced in opposite direction from bottom layer.
EFFECT: electrical properties improvement and creation of optical features for security protection.
