SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna equipment, in particular to highly integrated antenna elements. Architecture (400A') contains layer (430) of a thin-film transistor, formed on flexible substrate (410), layer (450) of dielectric is formed on top of layer (430) of the thin-film transistor with an electrode or antenna structure (460A) formed on top of layer (440) of dielectric, the electrode or antenna structure (460A) is made with the possibility of extension above electronic components in layer (430) of the thin-film transistor to provide shielding from electromagnetic interference.
EFFECT: structure of a monolithically integrated antenna device without additional layers for shielding from electromagnetic interference.
