FIELD: physics; heating.
SUBSTANCE: device is designed for ventilating systems of heat removal from the first contour of power facility for protection of air heat exchangers from deposit at potential contact with air flying objects (e.g. polyethylene film, insects, birds, etc). Device consists of concentric collector mounted on protective cover. In cross-section, it is made in the form of rectangular and contains ring-shaped split. Ring-shaped collector contains on bottom surface along protective cover perimeter U-shaped frameworks, with their free ends radially fixed at edges of intake split. On U-shaped frameworks along the split there is grid mounted by frameworks. The grid is made of metal wire whit diameter of 1.8 mm and a cell of (10×10) mm. Hydraulic resistance of the grid in emergency reactor shut-down cooling is reduced due to horizontal part of mesh box in the form of rotary mesh shutter fastened on crossbeams of U-shaped frameworks. One end of crossbeam of the U-shaped framework is hinge-fixed, the other one being clamp-fixed. Within cavity of U-shaped frameworks, additional shutters with filtering material can be attached to diagonals.
EFFECT: increased safety of atomic power station with simultaneous environmental protection.
