SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped collector which is mounted in coaxial to protection shield and shaped as cylinder with sphere cap. Lower part of collector has input holes, upper part has output holes which are connected to input ones through pieces of drafting columns in which air heat exchange units are located. They are connected to power supply circuit. Drafting columns are bent to follow cap shape. Their output areas have at least one deflector. EFFECT: increased reliability. 3 dwg
