SUBSTANCE: management channel used for transmission of the management information is split into the variety of subchannels, each working with preset data transmission speed. One of the subchannels is chosen for one or several user terminals using one or several selection criteria for transmission of the management information from access point to the corresponding user terminal. The management information is transferred from access point to the user terminal using a determined subchannel chosen for the corresponding user terminal. One or several said subchannels are decoded on the user terminal to obtain the management information intended for the user terminal.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of management channel structure.
