FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: submucosal channel is formed. Mobilised ureter is passed through it. Ureter is prosected. Ureteral orifice is allocated with circular cut. Ureter is pulled up inside the cut. Ureter is fixed before placing in submucosal channel at detrusor in the place of entering bladder. After pulling ureter in submucosal channel, ureteral orifice is fixed at mucous membrane of bladder. The area of the old orifice is sewed.
EFFECT: decreasing amount of postsurgical complications and preventing relapse of vesicoureteric reflux.
