FIELD: medicine; stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: prints of patient's jawsare mode. Plaster models of jaws are cast and the teeth that are to be removed are cut off on them. A prosthesis in an oral cavity of a patient is applied either on an operating table or an armchair right after the operation or within the first 24 hours after it. At a stage of immediate prosthetics a removable metallopolymeric structure is used including a cast skeleton from a cobalt-chrome alloy containing arch or basis which are supplied with splinting elements. The said structure is appliedspecified design as a permanent tooth prosthesis after carrying out, as neccessary, insignificant correction of an internal relief of a prosthesis.
EFFECT: reducing time of adaptation to a prosthesis and preventing a functional overload and deformation of dentitions.
