SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically dentistry, and may be used for making dental prosthesis. A method of prosthodontic treatment involves implantation, fixation of a head thereon, making a groove threaded for screw on the glossal and palatal side of the head, and a through hole in a place matched with the groove, and joining of the prosthesis with screw head inserted the threaded groove. The prosthesis is made of zirconium dioxide; the through hole represents a saw cut with anti-rotation slots wherein there is a metal insert with anti-rotation flanges and a screw groove made of a gold-platinum alloy. The prosthesis is joined with the head by a screw passing through said insert.

EFFECT: possibility of making the zirconium dioxide prosthesis on the screw-retained fixation to the implant.
