FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a flat haptic part and optical part made in the form of a convex surface. The forward surface of the optical part is made in the form of a surface of a hyperbolic paraboloid. On the haptic part there are oppositely located merkers made in the form of the rectilinear lines which direction coincides with that of a big longitudinal axis of symmetry of the hyperbolic paraboloid. The back surface of the an optical part is executed by the flat.
EFFECT: correction of admixed astigmatism and wider arsenal of artificial lenses.
