FIELD: medicine; physiotherapy exercises.
SUBSTANCE: method includes carrying out the exercises aimed at training of muscles; modeling each exercise in the form of biokinetic communication of passive and working links through a joint to which muscles of passive and working links are bound. Exercises are performed from a starting position on a firm horizontal surface in a prone position or sitting, by cyclic numerously repeated movements of working and passive links concerning basic links. Movements are characterised by a direct boundary pose of instant position of a body and a return boundary pose of instant position of a body, with the direct boundary pose corresponding to a starting position, the parts of a body forming a working link being in the fixed position. From a direct boundary pose the working link makes movement downwards under influence of gravity stretching muscles of a passive link, the return boundary pose preceding return of a body to a starting position.
EFFECT: more effective training of muscles.
