FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: intravenously enter a photosensitinogen of a chlorine number in a dose of 0.5 mg/kg within 10 minutes. Simultaneously with it perform intravenous laser irradiation of blood in cubital vein of other arm. Thus the wavelength corresponds to a maximum of "ФС" absorption of light radiation of 50 mW power. Then transpupillary irradiate the centre with one laser emission maculae with the same wavelength and density of energy 15 J/cm2.
EFFECT: method allows to reach a selective obliteration of neogenic vessels of choroidal neovascular membranes at the minimum damaging influence on intact structures of a retina.
