FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be applied for increasing photodynamic therapy of choroidal neovascularisation resulting from age macular degeneration, high complicated myopia and other etiology. On following day after transpupillary photodynamic therapy of choroidal neovascularisation suspension of autologic cultured mesenchymal stem cells of own marrow is introduced to patient intravitreally in quantity 1-2 X107 cells in 0.1 ml of physiological solution.
EFFECT: method ensures improvement and stabilisation of visual functions in patients with choroidal neovascularisation without carrying out repeated courses of photodynamic therapy.
