FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method of flotation of copper-molybdenum ores includes grinding of ore and collective flotation of copper and molybdenum in alkaline medium formed by lime. Collective flotation is conducted in the presence of collector Aero-MX 3601 and a frothing agent; next the concentrate of collective flotation after operations of thickening and desorbtion with heating the pulp up to 40-60°C by live steam in the presence of sodium sulphide is fed for molybdenum flotation in the presence of collector Aero-MX 3601 with obtaining molybdenum concentrate as a froth product. Molybdenum flotation refuses are delivered for classification. Fine-grained product is fed for slime flotation in the presence of collector Aero-MX 3601 and the frothing agent. Coarse-grained material after re-grinding is delivered for sand flotation in the presence of collector Aero-MX 3601 and the frothing agent. Concentrates of slime and sand flotation are mixed together to obtain copper concentrate and refuses are discharged to a dump.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency and intensification of the process of separation of copper-molybdenum ores.
