FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to enrichment of mineral resources and can be used for flotation of copper-molybdenum, copper-nickel and other bimetal ores. Method comprises grinding ore and open-cycle bulk flotation of two and more metals in alkaline medium produced by line and re-cleaning of reground crude concentrate. Foamed product I of primary flotation is fed to desorption, rinsing, thickening, grading, re-grinding of classification sands, mechanical-chemical activation of ground product in the presence of disperser, heating and contact with reagents: disperser and depressor. Then foamed product I of primary flotation is fed to cycle of re-cleaning operations of flotation in the presence of sulfhydryl collector and foaming agent to produce 1st bulk concentrate and tails that are directed to grading before 2nd stage of grinding. Tails of the 1st main flotation come to 2nd grinding stage and come in contact with reagents: disperser and depressor. Then tails of the 1st main flotation come to 2nd main flotation carried out in the presence of sulfhydryl collector and foaming agent to produce 2nd bulk concentrate of main flotation and final tailings. Then tails of the 2nd main flotation after grinding to at least 90% of 74 mcm-grain size and contact with reagents come to 3rd main flotation carried out in the presence of sulfhydryl collector and foaming agent to produce 3rd bulk concentrate of main flotation and final tailings. Combined foamed product 1st, 2nd and 3rd primary flotation is fed to desorption, rinsing, thickening, grading, re-grinding of classification sands, mechanical-chemical activation of ground product in the presence of disperser, heating and contact with reagents: disperser and depressor. Then foamed product of the 2nd and 3rd main floatation come into scouring cycle operations carried out in the presence of sulfhydryl collector and foaming agent to produce 2nd bulk concentrate.
EFFECT: higher degree of extraction of copper and molybdenum, copper and nickel minerals into bulk concentrate.
