FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device contains diamond-abrasive element, deforming element, two helical cylindrical springs and two individual drives with spindles. Diamond-abrasive element is arranged in the form of ring with internal conical surface, on which diamond-abrasive layer is applied, and is installed at the butt-end of helical cylindrical spring, the second butt-end of which is fixed at spindle of individual drive. Deforming element is arranged in the form of ring with toroidal internal surface and is installed at the end of its helical cylindrical spring, the second end of which is fixed at its spindle of individual drive. Diamond-abrasive and deforming elements are arranged with the possibility of contact with processed surface of preform along circumferences, the planes of which are perpendicular, accordingly, to longitudinal axes of helical cylindrical springs of diamond-abrasive and deforming elements. Diamond-abrasive and deforming elements are installed opposite to each other in respect to preform and at the angle to the plane that is perpendicular to longitudinal axis of preform and that passes through center of the spherical surface of the latter.

EFFECT: technological resources are expanded; quality and precision of processing are increased.
