FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: device for fastening containers (4, 5) on platform (1) in bi-level transportation incorporates a length-adjustable single and twin ties. On the first level, the containers are arranged so that their couplers seat on the single cones. Every single tie is furnished with a grip and mounted at an angle on the outer end face sides of every second-level container (4, 5) to turn in a crosswise vertical plane. Twin ties are furnished with two grips mounted on the thrust plate end at a distance from the second-level adjacent container coupler lateral holes. The ties are tensioned by turnbuckles between axles on platform (1) and the coupler walls of containers (4, 5). The coupler walls are clamped by the turnbuckle mushroom heads. The first-level containers are arranged on the sets of single cones in the well of platform (1).

EFFECT: higher reliability of fastening the second-level containers.
