FIELD: heating, fuel.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of manufacturing charges from ballistite solid rocket fuel (BSRF). The method of preparing charge from BSRF, which includes the operation of mixing the components in an inert atmosphere obtaining a fuel mass, squeezing, rolling, drying and forming of the charge on the press-device with the use of the shape generating moulding tool. After the mixing of components the preliminary squeezing-out of the fuel mass is carried out up to the humidity of 25...60% and pass it through a sieve with the size of cells from 2×2 to 4×4 mm at a temperature of 15...35°C.
EFFECT: improving the temperature gradient of the combustion rate of the BSRF and decrease the smokiness of the combustion materials.
