SUBSTANCE: section of scrutching-machine for bast fiber processing contains a scrutching drum with beaters situated around the circumference and fixed on the axle by means of cross-piece carrying under-beater grates, two visors being situated on each beater at its backside, one fixed motionlessly and situated in the second half of the drum length, the second one being situated in the first half of the drum length and hingedly fixed to the so as to bend to the drum axle.
EFFECT: increased yield of long fiber.
