FIELD: weapons.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for stopping of small arms bullets at forming bullet and shell casing repository. The bullet stop contains a body in the form of cylinder set horizontally, one of which base is a receiving hole for bullets, and the other one is made as a blank wall, and a brake unit from fiber material divided into separate sections by partitions from the material easily broken by bullets. The bullet stop is equipped with at least two covers with locks situated on the cylindrical surface of the bullet stop on one horizontal axis fixed on the body. The partitions are installed under the covers and can be casily drawin from the body. The covers in the open position form a single side window along the length of the cylinder, and the locks of the covers are made in the form of latches operating automatically on locking the covers. The design of the bullet stop provides faultless bullet search, decreases the time for its detection, provides convenient opening and closing of the covers.
EFFECT: of quick and faultless bullet search.
