FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: bullet trap includes the housing containing all-welded metal base, front wall with inlet hole, rear and side walls, opening covers and connection straps dividing the brake module into sections provided with holes with size of not less than inlet hole. Connection straps of bullet trap are rigidly attached in pairs to the base with intermediate gap for arrangement of partitions which are made from the material easily broken with bullets without deforming them. Covers opening along the whole length of bullet trap provide easy access to each section of brake module.

EFFECT: reducing labour intensity of bullet removal for its further identification, improving probability of non-destructive removal of bullets by reducing the probability of its bumping against walls of bullet trap or against partitions, and reducing the search time of bullets in brake module of dust trap.
