SUBSTANCE: offered invention refers to forensic medicine area, and can be used when performing corresponding forensic medical examinations for definition of a sex of urine in traces on material evidences. The method includes carrying out of the cytologic research with definition of quantity of cells, the analysis of their morphological signs and quantity definition of glycogen-containing cells. Parentage of urine from women at quantity of cells of dozens per preparation is determined, a morphological variety of cells and glycogen presence in 20-60% of cells. A parentage of urine from men establish at quantity of cells of unit on a preparation, morphological monotony of cells and presence of a glycogen in number of cells to 5%.

EFFECT: allows defining sex of urine, if it is impossible to reveal sexual labels - Y-chromatin, X-chromatin in the gametal cells.
