SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preparing a preparation for cytological investigation due to carrying out epithelial abrasion of bulbar conjunctiva, moreover, abrasive material should be taken with a stratifying agent (ALKON) after preliminary local anesthesia with 0.5%-dicaine solution to be applied onto the surface of a pure degreased slide, dried naturally, fixed with 965-ethanol and stained by Romanovsky-Giemsa. Then the stain should be washed with running water, abrasions should be dried naturally. Cytological preparations should be microscoped. The innovation enables to rapidly prepare the material for microscopy to conduct diagnostics.
