FIELD: constructional engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to technical diagnostics of railways, highways and buried pipelines condition, to estimation of dangerous karst and slide land uptakes along railway beds auto-road ways and pipeline sections by methods of space remote sensing. Proposed method includes radar space sensing of earth surface using radar interferometer installed on spacecraft. Dangerous karst and slide sensed regions are preliminary detected. Digital matrixes of soil control relief and coherence fields are formed on detected dangerous regions. Within detected dangerous regions, the active sections are detected and relief variations are fixed. Passive artificial radar signal reflector are mounted and fixed on rigid ground-joined foundation along the perimeter and in the centre of the said regions. Changes in position of reflectors and region soil cover relief are periodically inspected.
EFFECT: increased operation safety of main gas pipelines, railways and highways.
