SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a composition for obtaining a gel-like water foam capable of decontaminating, purifying and degreasing radioactive surfaces. The foam includes 0.2-2 mass % of surfactants or mix thereof, 0.2-7 mol of inorganic acid or base or mix thereof and 0.1-1.5 mass % of gel-forming agent.
EFFECT: removal of radioactive contamination from a large inaccessible facility with complex structure by mere filling or spraying over the accessible surface.
