FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to electrical engineering and can be used for making autonomous supply sources for portable electronic devices. According to the invention, the method allows for simultaneous making of a defined number of porous collector electrodes and solid current collectors on a galvanoplastic surface through galvanising on non-printing areas of a photoresistive image drawn using photolithographic method. All collector electrodes deposited on two moulds are simultaneously laid on two sides of SPE films and are interfaced with the corresponding catalytic layers. During thermal pressing of MFC layers, there is simultaneous pressing of collector electrodes in the SPE catalytic layers, and the current collector of the upper and lower electrode layers are stuck together. On two sides of the pressing, the mould is removed and a defined number of MFC with SPE is obtained. MFC with SPE consists of a film of solid polymer electrolyte 9 on two sides of which are deposited catalytic layers 10 and 10'. They are interfaced with collector electrodes 5 and 5', and current collectors 6 and 6' are stuck together by gluing film 8.
EFFECT: high specific power and operation reliability of the miniature fuel cell.
