FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the processing of fish and vegetable preserves for space feeding. The method consists of cutting, blanching and chopping on the cutter of onions, ginger and lemons, freezing and chopping on the cutter of gree onions and green parsley parts and chicory, chopping on the cutter of skinned smoked salmon fillet. The above-mentioned components are blended with sour cream, melted butter, drinking water, cooking salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of the specified type of micromicet and black hot pepper. The obtained blend is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed hermetically and sterilised.
EFFECT: producing of preserves with an increased digestibility.
