SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by onions, ginger and lemons cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer. Green onions, parsley and chicory are frozen and ground in mincer, skin-free smoked salmon fillet is ground in mincer. Specified components are mixed with sour cream, melted butter, drinking water, table salt and CO2-extracts of black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised at certain ratio of components.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
