SUBSTANCE: preserves are cooked by means of frying in melted butter and chopping on the cutter of the shrimp meat, cutting, frying in melted butter and chopping on the cutter of zucchini, sweet and chili pepper, onions and honey mushrooms, chopping on the cutter and frying in melted butter of ginger, freezing and chopping on the cutter of the green parsley and celery parts. Then the above-mentioned components are mixed with lemon juice, Xeres, soy sauce, fish broth, cooking salt, starch, citric acid and CO2-extracts of curry, black hot pepper and coriander, the obtained blend is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed hermetically and sterilised.
EFFECT: producing of the preserves with an increased digestibility.
