FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is produced by skinned fish fillet cutting and frying in vegetable oil; zucchini, vegetable, hot paprika, onion and fairy-ring mushroom cutting and frying in small amount of vegetable oil; ginger grinding and frying in small amount of vegetable oil. After that parsley and celery are cut and frozen. The above ingredients are mixed up with lemon juice, sherry, soya sauce, acetic acid, table salt, starch, curry, bitter black pepper and coriander without oxygen access. Produced mixture and fish bouillon are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
