FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns biotechnologies. The method involves obtaining antigen from deactivated and concentrated Pasterella multocida cultures of serovars A, B and D Haemophilus pleuropneumoniae serovars 1 and P, ground immunisation and hyperimmunisation with increasing antigen dosage and further blood take and target product extraction. Ox are used as producers. The producers undergo hyperimmunisation by 7-10-fold intramuscular injections of total dosage of 1800-2400 billion microbe cells of each antigen with 2-3 day interval. Ground immunisation is performed subcutaneously to different body parts twice by 10-15 billion microbe cells at first, and by 20-25 billion microbe cells in 14 days, with addition of 10 cm aluminum hydroxide. The method is labour-effective, simple and allows 3.2-3.5 times higher serum yield.
EFFECT: simple and efficient method for obtaining serum against hemophilosis and pasteurellosis.
