FIELD: veterinary microbiology and biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: claimed strain is virulent in native form and has antigenic and immunogenic activity after inactivation. Strain is cultivated in liquid PPLO broth for 12 h and accumulated in titer of 9.3-9.7 lg CFU/cm3. During storage in semi-liquid agar at 4-6°C strain properties are retained for 1 month, and in lyophilized state at 4-6°C for 1 year. Strain characterized by high antigenic and immunogenic activity and retains native immunobiological properties after inactivation.
EFFECT: high effective diagnostic and vaccine preparations.
