FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food-processing industry. The device contains an air supply device made in the form of a peristaltic pump which body is fixed at the bottle with the possibility of turning to one side and the cartridge with a body with the filter inside connected with the bottle neck. Processing and cleaning of liquid product (vodka) is performed by passing it through the blend of sorbing components, situated between the filtering materials of the filter. Each portion of vodka is subjected to processing and distillation pouring from the bottle into a container for drinking by pushing it out from the bottle with an optimal speed through the filter due to the requested excessive pressure in the inner cavity of the bottle created as may be necessary by the peristaltic air pump. The invention allows to provide maximal distillation of the liquid product and acceptable for a customer speed of the product pouring from the bottle during distribution into containers for drinking.
