FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to vibration mills and may be used for preparation of finely dispersed powders. Mill contains casing, in which vertical grinding chamber is installed, being movably connected with the casing and rigidly joined with the vibration exciter. Grinding chamber is separated with perforated partitions into bottom and several top sections, which are filled with milling bodies. Mill contains loading and unloading devices. The bottom section inside is equipped with cylindrical spring, which is installed coaxially with clearance in relation to the section wall, which provides passage of finished materials, the bottom part of spring is supported onto cone-shaped base of section that is directed upwards with its top. Structure is equipped with control device for adjustment of clearance between spring coils, and unloading device is connected with the bottom part of cone-shaped base.
EFFECT: reduction of vibration and wear of mill body and stabilisation of product grain composition.
