FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns mineral dressing by flotation method and can be applied in coal flotation. The method of coal flotation involves feeding composite reagent containing collector reagent and frothing agent to sludge, conditioning sludge, implementation of flotation, extraction of combustible mass to the foam product. At the composite reagent production stage, an additive containing ethylene polymer with vinyl ether dissolved in high-boiling hydrocarbons is added during compounding of collector reagent with frothing agent. The composite reagent for coal flotation consists of a reagent mix including straight-run hydrocarbon fraction of kerosene absorbent, light vacuum gas oil, atmospheric gas oil, stillage residue of butyl alcohols rectification, coal coking product, i.e. stillage residue of crude benzene, and additive for lowering solidification temperature.

EFFECT: improved processibility of coal flotation, increased yield of combustible mass to concentrate and process efficiency.
