The device contains a case which volume is divided by parting walls with formation of communicating compartments. The electro coagulation electrode block with a package of cathodes and water-dilutable anodes is located in the first compartment; in the bottom part of the compartment under mentioned electro coagulation blocks the supply device for water cleanout is located. The second compartment contains the device of gathering and raw sludge removal in a volume upper part. The third compartment is supplied with the device of stream laminating, and last compartment is supplied with the device of draining off of the clean water. Volumes of first three compartments contain a general slope bottom and are communicating in the bottom part of compartments. The upper part of the first compartment volume is communicating with an upper part of volume of the second compartment. The upper part of the third compartment volume is communicating with an upper part of volume of last compartment.
EFFECT: increase of pure water purification degree with preservation of its salt structure.
