SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water procession with magnetic field and can be used in system of water preparation, processes of heat exchange, production of mineral fertilisers, agriculture, membrane technology, production of medications and drugs, production of alcohol and wine, kerosene, oil and oil products. Magnetic field is created inside frame between two magnetic subsystems facing each other with the like poles and composed of constant magnets of circular form facing each other with the unlike poles. In the frame there is a groove across its longitudinal axis, in which pipeline is installed between two magnetic subsystems. The device can be used for procession of any liquid.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of liquid magnetic procession.
